We encourage you to share your student loan experience. Please write a short description in the box below. We collect these stories for our advocacy work. Although we cannot provide you with legal advice about your situation, sharing your story may help improve student loan policies for future borrowers. With your permission, we also give contact information to journalists who want to speak with individual borrowers. We will not give out this information without contacting you first and getting your permission.

Whether you have tried to resolve the problem and if so if you were successful.
